Win The Other 10...
How to prevent self-sabotage in your health regimen.
So many of us have a ton of great intentions and momentum - we begin a task or pursue a goal and get a lot of traction.....about 90% of the time. But the other 10% of the time SOMETHING kicks in - hunger, depression, a bad break up, or just life "lifing" in general.
Show yourself some grace, and don't beat yourself up too badly. It literally happens to the best of us. However, one thing you should be more intentional about is to not get caught flat-footed when those situations occur. Plan that they will, and then engage accordingly. I spent so many years trying to be a perpetual Superman of will, when really I needed more tools to be able to reinforce my "won't".
Here are some recommended products that have helped with my overall consistency to "Win The Other 10" percent of the day.

Bliss CBD Gummies with Ashwagandha - I can't say enough about this and how it is a multi-use product. From better sleep, to emotional balance, these gummies have become a staple for when I either head into the stress of my day, or for when I return home and seek comfort in my apartment. The reason this serves as an appropriate buffer prior to other decision making is that is helps to reduce the stress that could lead to emotional decisions, like bad food choices. Try incorporating into your lifestyle and document your progress.
Tower Electrolytes Mix - recently released, this product has already had a profound impact on my health and wellness journey. I have always struggled with low electrolytes - MANY painful Charlie horses since high school football practices that would wake me up in the middle of the night. If you are a person that perspires a lot then you MUST restore the vital electrolytes that your body depletes. But that isn't all - this products also is sweetened with Stevia, and has only 5 calories. I have had a budget through the heatwave of the 2024 summer of about $10 a day just on evening beverages, whether Pedialyte, Gatorade, or other drinks. Although many are no/low calorie options, they don't beat this price point as well as the YIELD of beverage that I am able to produce to my taste. The packaging recommends between 16 to 32 ounces of water per mix stick, but I actually have done 4 sticks for 2 gallons of water. It is has increased my overall water intake, but due to the Himalayan salt content, I am additionally more HYDRATED, and am absorbing the rest of my regimen to where it is needed. Most emotional eating is actually a byproduct of dehydration, NOT hunger. Save your progress and your wallet.
Mochatonix - this has been a secret weapon since the beginning of my weight loss journey - a healthy (hot) chocolate that burns fat (although I've preferred mine cold in the morning). But the Activated B Complex has also been great in place of sugary caffeinated alternatives. I affectionately call this "Coworker Insurance" (not MY coworkers, they are all great) but seriously it is such a great mood elevator to take into the stresses of my daily job and workload. Multi-benefit product that curbs appetite, and also is a less acidic coffee or creamer replacement. Available in Chocolate, Vanilla, and Cappuccino flavors. Highly recommended and much better for you than your Starbucks.
Activated B Complex - if you would like an all-natural supplement with access to the aforementioned B Complex found in the Mochatonix, you can do so here. So many know of the benefits of B12, but this complex consists of B6, B12 and folic acid; these must undergo chemical changes before they can be utilized by the body, so it comes pre-activated in this form to best help your body put it to use to help with mood, energy, and lethargy.
